HeavyLifters Network Ltd. is an iPhone App Incubator in Victoria, BC. The SkyTroller project began a few months ago as a concept that Dale Leier, a retired Air Traffic Controller, presented to HeavyLifters as a possible iPhone App.

Within a few days of whiteboarding the intial concept we had inked a royalty contract with Dale and started development. The cost to Dale would be his time and he would get a revenue share for coming up with the concept. The cost to HeavyLifters is providing the creative team but we get a revenue share and a huge benefit from his Dale's subject matter expertise.
